MPS CRMS is a software to maintain Service Center Complaint Management .

Men-In-Field is a mobile app which deals the entire post sales MPS-CRMS. (I.e. Customer Relationship Management). The app is in synchronization with the web portal that handles the other functionality. The complaint is logged from the web portal and assigned to the specific field engineer. The notification popped up on field engineer's mobile. Now he will proceed for the call, attend the call and resolve it. All these processes are done by field engineer from the app by filling the required data. The portal make analysis on that data and produce the reports for the performance of engineer, tracking of the call, the material used, the response time, the down time of the machine and many more. Ths the app and the portal, together gives the complete analysis of the process. The app and the portal is very useful to the users of different kind and specifically the users in the business of photocopier, printers, projectors, air conditioners, signage machines, epabx and many more.

Actual attendance and active attendance can be punch so that a report can be generated to find when the engineer punches the attendance and at what time he starts the actual work.
Enquiry can be generated by the field service engineer which will be then forwarded to the sales department.
Complaint can be logged by the field engineer.
The field engineer can get the machine history of the active call.
Part requisition, replacement and the unused parts tracking can be done.
Engineer's live location can be traced. Can also trace the active call of the engineer.
Call allocation and reallocationcan be done.
Approval of material requisition can de done.
